My name is Stéphane and I’m from Belgium. After graduating with a master's degree in civil engineering, I decided to start living my dreams and left everything to travel the world by hiking or hitchhiking, almost without money. I hiked from Europe to Asia, met amazing people, discovered various cultures, hiked and camped in the wild, experienced extreme weather from -35 degrees to +35 degrees, and much more. My steps brought me to Lijiang where I met Charlie. We got along straight away with a common passion for traveling and since then became a volunteer for Yunnan Exploration Travel.
