With a history spanning over 2,000 years and stretching more than 3,000 miles across multiple provinces in northern China, the Great Wall is one of the most remarkable ancient monuments in the world. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for being the best fully-restored section of the wall with fewer crowds compared to other parts. It is also recognized for its 23 well-preserved Ming-era watchtowers and breathtaking views.
Upon arrival, take a cable car ride up to the 14th watchtower and begin your memorable hike along the wall's western route. As you ascend, you will be surrounded by lush greenery from the pine and cypress trees, with the majestic wall winding its way across the expansive landscape.
